Crafted Web Designer provides professional web design, development, digital marketing, and hosting services. Specific service details are as per your chosen package, proposal, or agreement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without notice, but we will always aim to communicate significant changes that may affect you.

Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide all necessary content (text, images, information) promptly in the agreed format.
Review and approve work, provide feedback, and meet mutually agreed deadlines.
Ensure you have rights to any materials you supply (we are not responsible for copyright issues arising from client-provided content).
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (if applicable) and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Make payments as per the agreed schedule.
Adhere to content guidelines: you may not host, publish, or promote content that is illegal, offensive, hateful, obscene, spammy, misleading, or violates intellectual property or privacy laws. Prohibited topics include but are not limited to: adult content, scams, illegal products, weapons, hate speech, copyrighted material you do not own, and fraudulent financial schemes.
Our Responsibilities
We agree to:
Deliver services in a professional, timely manner.
Provide reasonable revisions as per your package (major revisions limited to two rounds unless otherwise agreed; additional changes may incur charges).
Maintain confidentiality of your data and respect your privacy.
Deliver websites compatible with major browsers and responsive for mobile, subject to reasonable industry limitations.
💰 Payments & Refunds
An advance payment (as agreed) is required before work begins; balance payments must follow the schedule outlined in your proposal.
Final delivery or website launch occurs only after full payment is received.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started, as time and resources are invested.
Late payments beyond 14 days of the due date may incur a penalty of 50% of the outstanding balance, and services may be suspended until payment is cleared.
Hosting/domain renewals and maintenance fees are payable annually unless otherwise agreed.
🔄 Revisions & Maintenance
Revisions beyond the scope or outside the package limits are chargeable.
Post-launch maintenance is not included unless purchased separately.
We recommend reviewing and testing all deliverables before launch.
🛡️ Account Security & Confidentiality
You are responsible for the security of your accounts and credentials. We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your negligence.
We commit to keeping all client data confidential and secure in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
📄 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final design, content, and website files we create for you will belong to you. We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any tools, frameworks, or proprietary code we use remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for use on your project.
📈 SEO & Performance Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific results from SEO or marketing activities, as they depend on many external factors. Websites and online marketing take time to show measurable results.
🚫 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation after work has begun will result in forfeiture of any advance payments, and additional charges may apply depending on the stage of the project.
📜 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
